Framework Foundation

By accessing AnalyticsZenthor.digital, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Analytics Zenthor. These terms govern the use of our digital environment and the data-driven performance systems we provide to enterprises within Vietnam and overseas.
User Acceptance
Continued utilization of our platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you act on behalf of a corporation, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
Eligibility
Our high-level analytics services are designed for professional and enterprise use. Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
System Rights and Proprietary Assets
All systems, algorithms, interfaces, and content found on the platform are the exclusive property of Analytics Zenthor. This includes, but is not limited to, the distinct analytics methodologies we deploy for our clients in Ho Chi Minh City and across Vietnam.
Usage License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our public dashboards and informational performance content for internal business evaluation purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering our software, scraping our data, or bypassing security protocols.
User-Generated Insights
While you retain ownership of the raw data you upload, any derivative analytics patterns generated by our performance systems during your trial or active subscription remain the intellectual property of Analytics Zenthor, unless otherwise specified in a separate bespoke service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Our analytics and strategic data insights are provided as-is. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our performance reporting, Analytics Zenthor does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes or financial results stemming from the use of our systems.
In no event shall Analytics Zenthor be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data interpretation errors or system downtime. The user assumes full responsibility for business decisions made based on platform outputs.

The reports generated by our performance systems are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial or legal advice.

System Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but maintenance windows are necessary to ensure the continued integrity of our analytics infrastructure.

Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
Modifications and Account Termination
Evolution of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our analytics technology or regulatory requirements. We will notify registered users via email regarding significant updates. Continued use after such changes implies consent.
Service Suspension
Analytics Zenthor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our performance systems for users who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or jeopardize the security of our data ecosystem.
